Attorney Young Sworn In As Pasquotank County Public Administrator

Today Attorney Whitney Young was sworn in as the Public Administrator for Pasquotank County, North Carolina. The Public Administrator serves all estates that do not have personal representatives. She replaces Attorney Elvin Small, whom previously held this position for over 40 years! Attorney Young acknowledges that she has big shoes to fill and states "it is an honor and privilege to serve Pasquotank County." Attorney Young would also like to thank the Honorable Jennifer S. Thompson, Clerk of Superior Court for Pasquotank County, and the Honorable Jerry R. Tillet, Superior Court Judge of the First Judicial District, for this appointment.
